Kimberly Del Bene, PT, DPT

Kim has been working as a Physical Therapist for nine years. She is a provider for Team USA Gymnastics and specializes in biomechanical and functional movement assessments. Kim uses hands on soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques to individualize programs to meet her patients’ needs. She loves working with a variety of clients from Olympic Athletes to patients recovering from surgery. With personal training experience, Kim will be able to take any patient to their desired level of function or fitness.

Kim is especially skilled treating people within artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, performing arts, pre and post-natal patients, and those with TMJ dysfunction. She is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), Myofascial Decompression Therapy, Safe Sport and is a Champion Performance Specialist (CP-S).

Kim was top of her class at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University with minors in Leadership and Psychology in 2010.

In her free time, Kim is home with her three children and husband. She enjoys working out, playing Sand Volleyball, being in the Great Outdoors and traveling with Team USA as a medical provider.
