Sarah Lopez, PT, DPT

Sarah is passionate about people and helping them meet their goals. Her practice emphasizes manual therapy techniques, using her skills to restore tissue health and facilitate improved function for her patients. She frequently utilizes specific exercise tools to integrate body systems for optimum function. Sarah has extensive experience working with diagnoses of low back pain, radiculopathy, hip and knee pain, difficulty walking, balance disorders, TMJ, headaches, pre-and post-natal difficulties, women's health pelvic floor and neck pain.

Her favorite part of working with patients is the intellectual challenge of diagnosis and finding effective treatments for her patients. Sarah excels in interpersonal skills and patient education, allowing her patients to achieve success in self-care after ending their therapy treatment. 

Sarah graduated first in her class from Long Island University (Brooklyn, NY) with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. In addition, she earned a Certification in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. Sarah earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Luther College in Decorah, IA in 2005.

When not at work, Sarah is active with her husband and three children. She enjoys walking, strength training, reading, gardening, and cooking.
